The Greater Frogtown Community Development Corporation (GFCDC) is a nonprofit housing and business developer working in the Frogtown neighborhoods of Saint Paul. We provide home improvement loans and grants, vacant housing rehabilitation, new housing construction, and business development services for our community members.
GFCDC's mission is to engage Greater Frogtown communities and partners in the preservation and development of high quality, affordable housing for low to moderate income residents and to lead community and economic development.

- LISC awards GFCDC $45,000 in its 2010 COACTION fund
- GFCDC and its development partners celebrate the groundbreaking for Frogtown Square, (see photos below) a new mixed- use project at the northeast corner of Dale Street and University Avenue. The project, with senior housing above first floor commercial space, will be completed in the fall of 2010
- GFCDC presents its new strategic plan that will guide our work through 2012
The Frogtown neighborhood is conveniently located 1/2 a mile west of downtown Saint Paul, and directly adjacent to the new light rail system due to be up and running by 2014.
